We are thrilled that you have you are interested in assisting us in bringing Rockford AirFest 2010 to the Rock River Valley area. As an AirFest 2010 Volunteer, you play an integral part in making one of the region's largest public events operate smoothly.

We have created this web page to provide you with "up-to-date" information, maps, and other details that will help make your AirFest Volunteer experience enjoyable. We will attempt to make sure that all of your questions can be answered on this page. If you have a question that isn't answered on this page, please send an email to intern4@flyrfd.com and we will assist you.

This website will contain the most up-to-date information, so if possible, please check back the night or morning of your shift. There are always last minute changes and we will do our best to make you aware of those on this site.

AirFest Volunteers

We Need Your Help! It takes a community to put on an air show and we rely on over 1,000 volunteers to make our air show the success that it is.

AirFest 2010 Volunteer Application and Liability Release Form .
Our AirFest Volunteer Coordinator will then follow up with you regarding volunteering at our show. We will likely follow-up closer to the show to confirm shifts, but will contact you immediately to verify receipt of your application.
