How early should I arrive at the airport?
Most airlines require their passengers to be checked in for their flight two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time. Please check with your airline to obtain their latest requirements.
Do you have a place for travelers to get something to eat in your terminal?
Yes, The Airport Cafe is located to the left of the terminal stairs and is open for business two hours prior to each flight. The Airport Cafe sells hot dogs, coffee, soda, water, and other snacks at very reasonable prices. They also operate a kiosk inside the Arrival & Departure Area, so if you are running late and need to get through screening - don't worry - food and beverages are available for sale prior to boarding your flight.

If my flight is delayed due to weather or mechanical problems, am I entitled any form of compensation from the airline?
As a general rule, airlines are not required to compensate you in this situation. Every airline maintains a contract of carriage document which outlines the types of compensation the airline will provide in various situations. The airlines are required to produce the entire document to you upon request.
What does it mean if my ticket is “non-refundable”?
“Non-refundable” means that the airline will not refund the money you spent on your ticket, under any circumstances. However, some airlines may still offer credit for future flights on the same airline. If your travel plans change, contact your airline to ask what it is willing to do for you.
What does it mean if my ticket is “non-transferable”?
“Non-transferable” means that only the person whose name appears on the ticket may travel using that ticket. If your travel plans change, contact your airline to ask what it is willing to do for you.
What is the difference between a direct flight, a connecting flight, and a non-stop flight?
Direct flights travel from one location to another, but involve stops along the way. If you are considering a “direct” flight, check how many stops the flight will make before arriving at your destination. You may also want to check if you will be allowed off the aircraft during stops.
Connecting flights make connections to other flights at hub airports, meaning you and your luggage will need to switch from one airplane to another. These flights often offer lower airfares, but there is also a greater risk of delay involved.
Non-stop flights leave your departure point and do not stop until you reach your destination, minimizing the risk of delays for travelers.
Why is the discount fare not always available?
Most low-cost carriers use a "bucket" system, where there are three to four price categories of seats on each flight. The cheapest category is sold first. When the first "bucket" is full, then the next group is sold and so on. If you are booking a flight and your ticket price is high, try booking your ticket for travel on another day or flight time (if possible).
Since "buckets" are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, it's to the traveler's advantage to make reservations as early as possible. Many customers who have flexible travel schedules have been successful in booking less expensive tickets by searching for alternative flight times or days.
Are cell phones, PDAs and laptops still allowed on the plane?
All electronic items will be thoroughly inspected by security personnel at security checkpoints. Remove your laptop from its case and place it in a bin at the checkpoint. All other electronic items should be placed in your carry-on bag.
What about my film?
Do not place film or cameras containing film in checked luggage. New security equipment will likely damage film of all speeds. Instead, place film in your carry-on bags. The security checkpoint x-ray equipment will not harm film, but if you still have concerns you may request a hand inspection of your film or camera.
Do you have an ATM in the Main Terminal?
