PUBLIC PARTICIPATION POLICY

The Greater Rockford Airport Authority’s (“Authority”) Public Participation Policy allow for a maximum of five (5) members of the public may speak for up to three (3) minutes each at each Board of Commissioners Meeting. These meetings occur the fourth Thursday of each month.  A written request to address the Board of Commissioners must be submitted to the Authority on the form attached, no later than 3:00 p.m. on the day of the Board meeting in which you’d like to speak, and no earlier than one (1) week prior to the meeting.
