Volunteers
Please check out current reviews of Chicago Rockford International Airport, or feel free to add your own! Feedback is very helpful to us, and we appreciate your reviews. Thank you!
Passengers enjoy the hassle-free, customer-friendly experience when they fly out of Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD). RFD is looking for volunteers- (Airport Ambassadors) to enhance that experience with a friendly smile and a serving attitude. Volunteers will welcome passengers, share information, assist them with their bags, and even drive the shuttle bus. The objective of the Volunteer Program at RFD is to provide accurate, friendly and courteous information and assistance to our traveling public.
Volunteers will lend a hand throughout the airport; at the information desk, directing passengers to the gates, helping with ground transportation, and assisting RFD staff during special events.
For any questions, additional information OR for a paper application, please email Pam Guentert at pguentert@flyrfd.com.
